As if obsessing about all the most incredibly creative and innovative projects and startups we write about isn’t enough, we decided this month – May 2017 – to add to this illustrious list with our very own. Call it what you may, “On-demand food delivery”, “online only restaurant” or whatever else you may come up with. We just call it Weku Kitchens, Ghana’s first full stack on-demand food delivery startup, and this is who we built it for.
The professional in the office: Why leave your desk for lunch? Why spend your hard earned money on fuel to pick up a takeaway? Why sit frustrated in the smoldering heat in traffic when you know time is money and that you can get us to deliver a sumptuous meal, drink or snack on our menu to you?
The business man: Whilst you are busy making money, we are busy making food that we then deliver to you at a time of your convenience.
The entrepreneur: Motivation got you started on your fabulous startup. Let Weku Kitchens be what gets you going! We understand you. We know you fry your brain every day trying to make things work and that is why we are at hand. With a quick glance at our menu and a quick click on a button to select a meal, our Chefs receive your order. The rest (delivery to your door) is all ours to take care off.
Of course this list is not exhaustive. When you get home, have friends around for a meal or celebrate a milestone you can always call on us to cook and deliver to you!
